About the Artist Alan is currently working on his newest venture: Exploring Polyester, a variety show inspired by the classic comedic styles of The Carol Burnett show and Lucile Ball. Only this project aims to bring it up to date by incorporating the outragous humor of drag queens and Alan's own personal comedic touch! Alan is directing the show with Joshua Frenk, and will also be a featured singer and actor. Exploring Polyester will debut in The Dallas Theatre Center in the Fall of 2003! A selected song from the show will be previewed at Project Pallet's first show to be held at Southside of Lamar in Dallas, Texas on May 9th! Alan is also working on a children's book for parents titled, "Tell your Children that You Love Them". What Alan will be doing for The Uber Project Alan's strength's lie in his ability to see the big picture and to organize others: His appreciation for all artforms matched with his inate ability to guide the individual along their own unique creative quest, while keeping an eye on others, allows him to be an incredibly capable producer. |
